Boerne ISD is proud to announce that Garrett Wilson and Sarah Faulkenberry have been elected as Board Trustees in the May 3, 2025 school board election.

For Place 4, Sarah Faulkenberry received 2271 votes and Maritza Gonzalez-Cooper received 687 votes.

For Place 5, Garrett Wilson received 2303 votes and Scott Newberry received 580 votes.

Superintendent Dr. Kristin Craft shared, “We are fortunate to have an engaged, enthusiastic Board of Trustees in Boerne ISD. It’s a true privilege, and we thank the candidates for their interest in serving our community. We welcome Mrs. Faulkenberry and look forward to continued work with Mr. Wilson.

We thank Mrs. Gonzalez-Cooper for her years of service, and we appreciate Mr. Newberry’s dedication to our district. We know they’ll remain engaged community members, and look forward to working with them.”

The elected Board Trustees will be sworn in at the May 12 board meeting.
