Earlier this month, an important set of building files from 2014 was accidentally discarded after being mistaken for duplicate materials. When the error was discovered, the team was understandably concerned that the original documents had been lost.
Without being asked, Kenny immediately stepped in to help resolve the situation. Thanks to his persistence and initiative, the entire set of documents was recovered with complete accuracy, and no files were lost.Kenny’s willingness to take ownership of the situation, act quickly, and go above and beyond what was required reflects a strong commitment to teamwork and problem-solving. His efforts turned what could have been a significant loss into a success for the entire department.
